Your details, explained
Just enough
to get cooking.
The Kitchen Social is collecting interest in a small NYC social-cooking pilot. Registering does not reserve a place, confirm a pairing or create a kitchen listing.
What we collect
For cooks: name, email, contact number, age, dietary preference, any food allergies or dietary needs you choose to share, preferred cooking areas and availability. Gender and pairing preferences are optional. For hosts: contact details, area, kitchen type, capacity, availability, permission status and any notes you choose to add.
Why we ask
We use these details to understand demand, choose a pilot location, contact interested cooks and hosts, and consider any pairing preferences. We use dietary details to plan groceries and discuss kitchen suitability. We ask for age because this pilot is for adults 18 and over. We don’t use gender to promise a date or a particular pairing.
Who can see your details
Your responses are available to The Kitchen Social organizer and people they authorize to help run the pilot. Your details aren’t displayed on this website or automatically shared with other cooks.
Your choices
You can skip gender and pairing preferences. We won’t add you to a WhatsApp group automatically. Use the edit link provided after submitting to update your answers. To request removal or ask a question, choose “Contact form owner” at the bottom of the form.
